Physical Therapy

Services offered by our physical therapists (PT) are extremely vital to the holistic well being of our patients. Our physical therapists aim to restore specific functional loss the patient may experience and improve any shortcomings the patient may experience, such as range of motion, strength, and agility. They are equipped with adaptive equipment and aid rehabilitation, aiming to teach patients and caregivers of the safe utilization of assistive devices. Also involved in proper ambulation and transport to prevent falls and injuries.

Occupational Therapy

Our occupational therapists (OT) seek to aid with physical, sensory, and cognitive problems, helping patients regain independence in all avenues of their life. Equipped with practicing therapeutic upper body exercises and activities of daily living skills to facilitate maximum level of function.

Speech Therapy

Our speech therapists aim to assist patients with regaining speech and enhancing cognitive abilities which may have been impaired following an illness or an accident. Work with patients with speech disorders or communication shortcomings by helping develop comprehension skills, clarity of speech, and fluency of speech production.

Certified Home Health Aide

Our home health aides are qualified to provide personal care to individual patients, are involved in overall hygiene, grooming, and light housekeeping. Seek to educate patients and their respective families on how to meet personal hygiene and self care needs in a safe manner.

Medical Social Services

  • Evaluates social and emotional needs related to a particular illness
  • Assesses patient living situation to maximize recovery and maximize safety
  • Vital in assisting and educating patients and their respective families with financial , community, and transportation resources to allow patients to live in the comfort of their own home to promote recovery from illnesses.

Nutrition Guidance

Our nutritionists aim to structure personalized dietary plans for each patient. They work to assist patients in understanding, accepting, and following a unique and individualized dietary plan that is prescribed by a physician. Each dietary plan advised to the patients is crafted to meet the nutritional needs recommended to optimize individual well-being
